MEET for about a half-hour. This provides the following opportunities:
- a thorough walk of your property, as well as viewing it from inside.
- a brief discussion about ways to make improvements or changes.
- a chance to express your sensibilities and describe your lifestyle.
- establish an initial budget for the project.
BID PROPOSAL
- an informal sketch of ideas for the property.
- a brief education about the design process and timelines.
- a look at a photo portfolio of recently implemented designs.
- client references upon request.
- A contract that articulates the scope of the project and quotes a fee for the design.
FINAL LANDSCAPE PLAN
- Scaled freehand drawing of your site in color.
- Two black and white copies of the drawing.
- Plant shopping lists.
- Soil sample analysis and interpretation.
- Description and pictures of plants used within the plan.
- Detailed notes on special issues with your site.
- General plant and care suggestions.
- A list of local nurseries.
- Installation recommendations
